This is a Royal Grafton China, England bone china tea or coffee mug.

This pretty mug was made in the 1950s and is 3 inches high with a fluted shape.

The mug has a lovely design of pink, grey and burgundy roses and gold trim and is in very good used vintage condition with just minor gold loss. Tea anyone??
